We are able to supply rolled and ground ballscrews in sizes ranging from 6mm to 120 mm in diameter. These ballscrews are used as driving elements and feeding devices and are employed for the conversation of rotary motion into linear motion and vice-versa. We can supply ballscrews in all accuracy grades with many customers using our know-how to order special developments from us. Due to our flexible production we are also able to manufacture individual items cost-efficiently.

We supply guideways to handle high stiffness, high precision, and high speed automation with quick delivery. We supply the SBC range of linear guideways which includes the SBG and SBS ranges. These are interchangeable with all other leading brands of linear guideway including Hiwin, THK, IKO and Rexroth to name but a few. The SBC range of guideways are manufactured with the new ball return tube plate which allows for low noise and smooth running in the blocks operation.

We are also pleased to offer the miniature SBM and SBMW range which are also interchangeable with all other leading brands.  Accessories available for the SBC range include self-lubricating systems, additional end seals and scrapers, raydent coating, bellows, stainless-steel dust-proof taps and rail caps.

All types of linear bearing are supplied with shaft diameters from 6mm to 50mm with specification for European and Japanese measuring. Standard product types include closed type, clearance adjustable type, open type, lengthened type, and flange type. These can be supplied in customised aluminium or steel housings.

We supply all sizes of hardened and ground shafting in both standard and linear stainless steel. Theses precision steel shafts are manufactured from rolled high-grade steel, induction hardened and centre-less ground. The shafts can be cut to any desired length and machined to various shaft endings. Shafts can be drilled and tapped to accept shaft support rails or can be supplied with shaft support rails attached. We are able to supply the full range of Yinsh precision locknuts, superfine balanced locknuts and superfine grinding locknuts for all requirements.  We supply locknuts with ground faces that have equally spaced locking pins that enable the nut to be accurately positioned at right angles to the shaft. These can be supplied in both radial and flank locking styles.

Support bearings can be supplied for all sizes and types of ballscrew. The Support bearings come in two different types, either black oxide or nickel plated depending on your requirements. Spacers, locknuts and circlips are supplied with all support bearings where required.
